Either you could drop a check or cash off at the office or we can take a credit card over the phone (Please call 262.513.2674 M-F 8am to 4pm or 262.361.2142 after 4 pm). We need the name that appears on the card, your credit card number, the expiration date, the security code on the back and your address and phone number. 3% surcharge added to credit card transactions.
