Beverly J. Scheunemann, 102
Beverly J. Scheunemann, of Cedarburg, peacefully passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 102. She was born on September 4, 1921, to her late parents, George Cassens and Ethal (nee Book). She was united in marriage with the late Eugene Scheunemann. Together, their marriage was blessed with four children, Eugene, Barbara, Sally, and the late Thomas.
Throughout Beverly’s life, she enjoyed reading, going to their cottage, and fishing. Beverly was extremely creative; she would paint and draw continuously. But Beverly’s one true hobby was spending time with her beloved dogs and family. Because of her work ethic, she worked many jobs. She was a waitress and she worked in the paint departments at two hardware stores. She also was a part of the American Legion Auxiliary Group in Cedarburg.
Beverly is survived by her three children, Eugene (Mardella), Barbara Peterson, and Sally (Robert) Morrison. She is further survived by many family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; her son, Thomas; and her sisters.
There will be a memorial service held for Beverly on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home (W63N527 Hanover Avenue Cedarburg, WI 53012). The family will receive friends and family starting at 11:00 AM till service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Cedarburg Health Services are appreciated.
